Bitcoin at $200,000 by the end of 2025?

Experts at Standard Chartered Bank expect Bitcoin's price to rise significantly. The prerequisite is the admission of a spot ETF.

The prospect of a spot ETF for Bitcoin is causing some analysts to make optimistic price predictions. According to Standard Chartered Bank Bitcoin could rise to $200,000 by the end of 2025 if an ETF is allowed.

Accordingly, the bank expects inflows of $50 billion to $100 billion in Bitcoin before 2024 if the ETF is allowed.

This means there could be between 437,000 and 1.32 million Bitcoin in an ETF by the end of the year.

"If ETF-related inflows develop as we expect, we think a level near $200,000 is possible by the end of 2025," analysts Geoff Kendrick and Suki Cooper said in the report.

They described the adoption of a Bitcoin ETF as a "turning point" for cryptocurrency distribution and acceptance.

According to the report, approval is expected later this week.

Last night, it seemed that the time had finally come. The SEC reported via a post on X that the Bitcoin ETF had been approved, but it later turned out that it was X account was hacked.
