In the run-up to the Bitcoin Halving, the crypto market is showing a downward trend. The Bitcoin price fell by about four percent compared to the previous day, and over the entire week, the price fell by 12 percent. At the time of writing, the leading cryptocurrency was trading at $62,700.
Ethereum is currently down three percent to $3,000, with Ether's price falling 18 percent in the past seven days. Among the top ten cryptocurrencies, Toncoin registers the biggest decline, falling about 12 percent. The biggest loser of the week is Solana, whose price has fallen 25 percent in the past seven days. The total market capitalization fell about four percent to $2.38 trillion on the day of the report.
