News - Bitcoin stocks on exchange at lowest level since 2021
Bitcoin supply on crypto exchanges continues to decline. According to the data service Santiment, "the supply of BTC on exchanges has now fallen to its lowest level since December 2021." Just under 942,000 coins remain available on exchanges.
This could be due to increased demand from ETF trading and the recent halving. Bitcoin prices rose sharply in the first quarter. A new record high of nearly USD 74,000 was reached on March 14. After several attempts, the cryptocurrency has not yet managed to reach this mark. At USD 67,110, the BTC price has fallen nine percent since the record high. Compared to the previous week, Bitcoin has fallen about six percent.
