News - BlackRock resubmits Bitcoin ETF application

Fidelity and Co. have already resubmitted their revised Bitcoin ETF applications to the SEC. BlackRock is now also making a second attempt.
Options exchange Nasdaq holds BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF resubmitted application bij de Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The application details an agreement between Nasdaq and Coinbase "to supplement the market surveillance program" and provide access to data on BTC spot transactions.
Last week, the SEC returned all ETF filings as "insufficient." Key missing details included a lack of information on surveillance data sharing agreements with crypto exchanges, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
With BlackRock, all asset managers have now resubmitted their applications. Fidelity, Ark Invest en Co. are working with the Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe) and have submitted the improved version before BlackRock.
