Merger of two crypto projects: Avalanche integrates Chainlink's Oracle Data Streams service. Both AVAX and LINK rise.
The Oracle Project Chainlink announced an integration on the blockchain network Avalanche. Specifically, the application is Data Streams.
According to Chainlink this service provides "on-demand access to high-frequency market data." The service delivers market data in real-time. Benefits include low latency and automated executions.
As part of the partnership, Data Streams will be used by crypto futures exchange GMX as one of its first customers. "We are excited to support the next generation of high-throughput DeFi products on Avalanche with Chainlink Data Streams," shared Johann Eid, Chief Business Officer at Chainlink Labs.
The prices of both crypto projects reacted to the news with marked increases. Avalanche (AVAX) rose nearly ten percent from the previous day to about $28.
Chainlink (LINK) posted a four percent increase to $14.
