News - Elon Musk's lawyer withdraws

The lawsuit against Elon Musk for alleged insider trading in Dogecoin is running into billions. Now one of his lawyers is resigning.
According to information from the New York Post Elon Musk has lost one of Tesla's key in-house litigators.
According to the report, the law firm responsible requested permission to withdraw its attorney in Musk's lawsuit for alleged market manipulation of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin.
The Manhattan lawyer was part of the team for just under a year and was actively involved in several legal disputes involving the Tesla CEO, according to the report.
Elon Musk, however, already has a replacement for the departed lawyer: Allision Huebert, who recently worked for the law firm Quinn Emanuel.
Since early June, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO has been in litigation for possible insider trading. He is accused of accused the price of memecoin Dogecoin to have manipulated and enriched himself.
The entrepreneur allegedly promoted Memecoin to artificially inflate the price. He then sold Dogecoin worth several million US dollars.
Investors have suffered billions of dollars in damages from his alleged price manipulation and the resulting DOGE sell-off, the argument said.
