News - Hoskinson: "Sui is what Solana should have been"

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson praises the "Solana-killer" on X, but stresses that Cardano is still ahead.
Charles Hoskinson shared on X his thoughts on founder George Danezis' project: "I'm reading about Sui. It's great to see Georges work come to life. They deserve much success in this industry."
It's what Solana should have been. I still think Cardano's approach is superior for a long list of reasons, but Sui has some real innovations

The 36-year-old Cardano founder, who has been active on Twitter successor X for months, added: "Sui is what Solana should have been. While I still think Cardano is superior for several reasons, Sui has some real innovations."
Whistleblower Edward Snowden has also recently criticized Solana, mainly for centralizing the project. Whether he has the same opinion about Cardano or Sui, however, is doubtful.
Hoskinson regularly directs criticism at other crypto projects. A few weeks ago, for example, he called Ethereum a "dictatorship" and Bitcoin "anarchy."
Meanwhile, Sui has recovered well from last summer's share price decline. With a current price of $1.98, it is nearing its all-time high of $2.08.
