Robert Kiyosaki sees Bitcoin doubling if Trump wins election

Former US President Donald Trump is still a favorite in the upcoming US elections in November. The Bitcoin exchange rate could soar to six figures if re-elected, according to noted financial author Robert Kiyosaki.

According to the author of the famous financial book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," the Bitcoin exchange rate would rise to a value of US$105,000 if Donald Trump is re-elected. The 45th president of the United States (2017 to 2020) is seen as the favorite in the upcoming November election. Against the Democratic Party's likely candidate, Kamala Harris, is currently ahead of Republican Trump in most polls.

Trump has spoken positively about Bitcoin several times in recent months and is using this topic to appeal to new voter groups. This Saturday, Trump plans to speak at the Bitcoin conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kiyosaki is known as a Bitcoin bull and has made several optimistic predictions about Bitcoin in the past. According to him, the price could be at the aforementioned level by August. Take this prediction with a grain of salt though, Kiyosaki does often make statements to get back in the news.

The reasons for this forecast, according to the financial author, lie in the accommodative monetary policy and the increase in oil production that Trump plans to pursue during his tenure. Trump is known to demand lower interest rates on the US dollar. With this, he wants to stimulate the US economy and create new jobs.

In addition to the rise in the Bitcoin price, Kiyosaki predicts a rise in the price of gold to US$2,400 to US$3,300 per ounce. The silver price would also rise to US$29 to US$79 per ounce.
