Shiba Inu developers give green light

Stuck crypto assets, fake tweets, and lots of FUD. The launch of Shibarium went by fits and starts. The developers promise improvements.

De launch of the Layer 2 blockchain Shibarium was overshadowed yesterday by technical problems. As a result, there were speculations of system failures and alleged network attacks. In a first update against the developers, everything is now secure.

"We are working out several possible action plans," they said in a blog post. The blockchain will be scaled "to support the massive influx of Shibarium users."

Shortly after its launch, the blockchain went down. During the stalled transaction, about $1.7 million was stuck in Ether. Block production has since resumed.

Rumors of faulty connections were dismissed by lead developer Shytoshi Kusama.

"There is no problem with the bridge, any screenshot you see where I describe a problem is wrong and your money is safe." In the wake of the problems, the Shiba Inu price by 6%.
